High School Proficiency Assessment, NJBCT and NJ Assessment of Skills and Knowledge 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Hampton Academy is a state-approved testing site. All testing is administered in accordance with the provisions and modifications of the Individualized Educational Plan.

Electives

The development of appropriate social skills is the focus of our elective program. During this therapeutic period, which is supervised by our clinical team, students earn elective academic credit while participating in high-interest leisure and life skills activities.

Homework

The primary focus of instruction is on classroom participation and in-class assignments. To meet the needs of individual students, homework may be assigned. Particularly, for students who are preparing for return to their district school, homework may be a key part of that transition.

Burlington County Community College

Select students who complete an eligibility project have the opportunity to take courses at Burlington County Community College and receive both high school and college credits for successful course completion. Tuition, textbooks, transportation and support are provided by Hampton Academy, at no cost to families.
